Walk through history and visit the SB Historical Museum

This tour begins with a welcome by a guide in Spanish costume with early California songs playing in the background. Your guide, a local expert, will accompany the group on the Trolley Ride Through History, explaining the route, sharing the cultural history of the city and pointing out interesting downtown landmarks and architecture, explaining why the city is calls it “The American Riviera”. ”.

The ride also includes the most popular areas along Cabrillo Blvd, Chase Palm Park and views of the Channel Islands coastline, near the lagoon known as The Bird Refuge, and the shopping/dining area from Montecito on Coast Village Road, the Funk Zone.

Santa Barbara’s legendary landmarks, namely the Courthouse, the Presidio, Plaza De la Guerra, and the Museum of Natural History, will be seen on this walking tour. Guests will hear interesting stories about the architecture, cultural background and local uniqueness of these places. We will also stop at the old Mission Santa Barbara for a brief tour of the outdoor grounds. Toilets and refreshments from vendors are available.
